Osinbajo will speak on climate change at a university in the US.

 On Saturday, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will fly out of Abuja for Philadelphia, where he will give a Special Lecture at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). According to a statement from Osinbajo's spokesman, Laolu Akande, the vice president would also take part in an interactive session with academics and students organized by Wale Adebanwi, professor of Africana studies at UPenn. The University's Center for Africana Studies is presenting the vice president's speech on April 24 with a focus on Climate Change and a Just Transition. Osinbajo is now leading initiatives to establish the African Carbon Market as one of the pathways of a just and sustainable transition. Drake wins a $1.7 million wager on Jon Jones to win the UFC.

  Following a $500,000 wager on Jon Jones to defeat Ciryl Gane in the UFC heavyweight championship, American musician Drake has earned $1.7 million.

The rapper bet a total of $500,000 on Jones, including $500,000 on both a knockout and a submission victory.

While Jones’ submission win brought $1.7m, Drake could have also scooped $1.3m if Jones had won the belt by knockout.

Drake is known for placing high-stakes wagers in the world of sports, and despite suffering some devastating defeats, the musician has never shied away from taking risks.
